You are allowed

  1. To sample, mash-up, or otherwise creatively transform this work for commercial or noncommercial purposes.

  2. For noncommercial purposes, e.g., file-sharing, webcasting, Youtube,
    to perform, display, and distribute copies of your artistic work where QPA's Samples or Loops are present in the music.

  3. For commercial purposes, e.g., public performance, CD and download sales, professional production & distribution, commercial film & TV music, public dj events, or anywhere (else) where QPA's Loops or Samples is part of a commercially published work. See: QPA's Specified Conditions (below)

Under the following by QPA Specified Conditions
that apply to all samples and loops offered in sample
packs or for free download by Qubenzis Psy Audio

  1. When used commercially in music production you're urged to credit Qubenzis.com and Qubenzis Psy Audio for Royalty Rights when you register tracks where QPA's music is prominent (i.g., one can hear it's my music). This would include when registering such tracks for Radio playlists or any other situation where copyright issues regarding origin are addressed. For questions please email me from here

  2. When used Non-commercially (i.g., Free) it's okay with a link to my web-site somewhere in your documentation or web pages associated with your project. For offline use (i.g., Festivals, clubs, wherever...) You are not allowed

  1. To re-distribute or re-sell QPA's Sample Packs, or parts of, without permission. (Join our Affiliate Program and earn income if you want to re-distribute QPA's products)
